We need someone to take care of the permissions for the festival. This involves insurance, GEMA, the security concept, alcohol license and a few more like that. Luckily, we’re well organized and all the forms are already collected for you, they just need to be sent out in time and you will be the contact person for any follow ups.

Our design team is looking for some help! If you have CC suite and can adapt a key visual into different media formats easily then hit us up. You’ll be editing images, creating graphics and giving shape to new ideas. We work with a request sheet so it’s good if you can check in regularly.

Workload: ⭐️⭐️Awareness Team

We want everyone to feel safe at klink. That’s why we will work with an awareness team for the second time this year. As a part of this team, you’ll work on the awareness concept and prepare the  workflow of the team for during the festival. You’ll need to think for/with vulnerable groups in mind and make sure the festival functions as a safe space for them. If you have a first aid licence, it’s a plus!

Timeline: A little bit of prepping and recruiting some time before the festival and making sure the crew is running smoothly during the event, together with the location teamleads.

Workload: ⭐️⭐️

An essential part of klink are the workshops where we learn new skills. As part of the workshop team you will help coordinating this part of the program. This means scouting workshop facilitators, keeping in contact with those interested, creating the schedule and planning and prepping the workspaces , organizing necessary materials and budgets. During the festival you’ll welcome and brief the workshop leaders and make them feel welcome.

Timeline: Quite some planning before the festival. During the festival you’ll mostly be busy during the day, when the workshops are taking place.

As a social media manager you’ll be working with the communications team to make the best content for the festival! We work with a schedule before the festival, but there’s a lot of room for your own ideas. During the festival days you with one or two others will be responsible for documenting the atmosphere through stories and making some content for reels.

Timeline: Pre-festival is pretty chill (following schedule), very active during the festival 

Workload: ⭐️⭐️

As a crew lead you’ll make sure to look out for the ‘fun’ factor of the crew! It’s important that anyone who helps out feels valued. Before the festival, you’ll be recruiting the volunteers, making the Google form to fill in and the shift plan for helpers at the festival. You’ll also help with organizing the crew meetings in the week before the festival, make sure everyone gets their food & drinks coupons and t-shirt and make everyone feel welcome.

As a moderator you’ll present the acts that come on stage and keep the mood high between the musical performances. You’ll be handling the mic, presenting bands and providing entertainment (no need to do a whole stand up gig though).

GENERAL AREA – If you want to dig into the VorOrt area hands on and help us prepare and build up for the festival then this is the job for you! You’ll be creating a concept for the area, building, printing, painting. From chilling areas to graffiti walls or signs with directions, you can get creative! We love to (re-)use materials that we find to sustainably create that DIY klink vibe, so being crafty is a must.

STAGE DESIGN – Need a bit more focus? This year we would love to give the stage some extra love. If you have ideas for cool backdrops, the best way to make plants crawl up the sides or know the perfect touches to create cozy vibes then help us out and make the stage your project!
